online & in-store return policy:
Unless specifically 'noted' in the product description, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit.
Found/antique/vintage objects, specialty foods, books, original art, apothecary items cannot be returned.
Online returns will incur a 5% restocking fee.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
Items purchased with store credit or a gift card will receive store credit only.
Shipping fees, are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Pod, or if an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.

Items purchased 'on sale' in our online shop and bricks and mortar shop are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not offer 'sale price adjustments'.holiday returns
Full price merchandise purchased between December 1 and December 24, 2025 can be returned for store credit if the items are received back to Pod by January 17, 2026. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tagging, and in perfect condition. We will reject all items not meeting this criteria. -
shipping
Pod uses UPS and USPS for most deliveries. We offer domestic delivery only.
We generally ship within two business days from the time your order is received. If it is necessary for your package to be signed for, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to shipping. You may be asked for ID at time of delivery/signature.
Orders ship weekdays Tuesday-Friday.
Make sure to indicate in the “comments” area if you need your package expedited. We will follow up with options and invoice you separately for this.
Please review your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Pod is unable to re-route packages.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
